Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of bicycles, gear and related products from Beyond. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Sale form a legally binding agreement between you and Beyond Bikes. They apply to every order placed through our website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
2. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods, including any Buy Now, Pay Later options offered at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Any delivery dates provided are indicative and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, you may return eligible, unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Certain items may be excluded. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
6. Warranty
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition, selected products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Fair wear and tear, misuse and unauthorised modifications are not covered.
7. Product Information
We take care to describe our products accurately, but specifications, images and colours are provided for general guidance and may vary slightly from the actual product. Customised builds are made to the specification you select at checkout.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beyond is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with them is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
